The Baker Dave

Hey my name is Dave and right now I'm in school here in Weatherford Texas to become a Nurse. Between hittin the books I've been doing odd jobs that fit my crazy schedule. Why bread? Well my wife has been the one that has made the bread in the family and one day I decided to give it a try... well to everyone's surprize I loved it! I make it, deliver it, and it makes everyone happy! It is a great break from the books! So feast your eyes on the the freshest bread Weatherford has to offer and the best lookin baker on the block! (at least my wife thinks so)

Wheat, White, & Light Wheat

Here are the classics:

100% Whole Wheat Bread-
This is made with freshly ground whole wheat kernals that I grind myself... with a machine of course! You don't get any fresher than this!

White Bread-
This is made with enriched white baking flour. You haven't tasted white bread like this!

Light Wheat-
This is for those of you that want a little of the nutrition whole wheat provides but aren't used the 100% whole wheat bread. This loaf is made with 1/2 white flour and 1/2 whole wheat.

Cinnamon Swirl

This is by far a fan favorite! Using the same dough I use for the white bread I incorperate lots and lots of yummy cinnamon and sugar! I know your mouth is watering just looking at it!

Where I bake...

I bake at my mom's house because she has a double oven and as a bonus is super OCD about cleanliness! So I guess you could say the whole family takes part in this baking venture!
